Vicki is a registered psychologist with extensive experience supporting young adults, adults, and perinatal clients as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions. Her career spans both private and public settings, including work in psychiatric hospitals providing individual and group therapy. She specialises in incorporating evidence-based approaches such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), trauma-informed care, Positive Psychology, Structured Problem Solving, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness practices. Her methods are thoughtfully tailored to meet each client’s unique needs and goals.

A cornerstone of Vicki’s practice is her commitment to building strong, genuine therapeutic relationships. She believes that connection is the foundation for meaningful growth and creates a warm, non-judgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their emotions and aspirations.

As a new mother, Vicki understands firsthand the joys and challenges of parenthood.
